You may cancel ongoing services at any time by providing 30 days’ written notice.
Any fees already paid are non-refundable.
Setup fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.

All systems, workflows, documentation, and materials created by BrightStack Systems remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed.
You are granted a non-exclusive right to use the systems we build for your own business while you remain a client.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public business information shared during the course of the engagement.

Continued use of our services after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
