These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the Blood & Wire website and the services I provide ("I", "me", "my"). By using this website or my services, you agree to these Terms.

01 Services

Blood & Wire provides automation, workflow, and systems setup services for service-based businesses.

Specific services, pricing, and deliverables are agreed with you before work begins. I provide my services with reasonable skill and care, but I don't guarantee specific financial outcomes or business results.

02 Payments

Project fees are payable upfront before work begins, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Aftercare, my optional monthly care plan (monitoring, fixes, and updates), is billed in advance on a recurring basis once your system is live. It's entirely optional, and there's no lock-in.

All prices are in GBP unless otherwise agreed. Late or unpaid invoices may result in services being paused until payment is received.

03 Cancellations

You can cancel Aftercare at any time with 30 days' written notice. No lock-in, no exit fees.

Fees already paid are non-refundable, and project fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.

04 Your responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information needed to deliver the service
  • Respond in a reasonable timeframe when I need input or approval
  • Ensure you have the right to share any data, content, or access you provide to me

Delays caused by missing or inaccurate information may affect delivery timelines.

05 Third-party services

My systems may rely on third-party platforms - email providers, calendar tools, hosting platforms, automation software, and the like.

I'm not responsible for outages, changes, or failures caused by third-party services outside of my control.

06 Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • I will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses
  • I am not responsible for loss of profits, business interruption, or missed opportunities
  • My total liability will not exceed the fees you paid for services in the previous 3 months

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

07 Intellectual property

Three different things get mixed up under "who owns it," so here is each one separately.

What you own. On full payment, the system I build for your business is yours outright - the workflows, the configuration, the documentation, and the automations themselves. You own them permanently, you can modify them, and you can hand them to another developer. Nothing I hold back keeps them running.

What I keep. The underlying methods, frameworks, reusable components and know-how I bring to the work stay mine, and I reuse them across clients. You are buying a system built for your business, not exclusive rights to the way I build systems. This does not limit anything above.

What neither of us owns. Third-party platforms - your CRM, automation tools, email provider, hosting - remain governed by their own licences and terms. I configure them; I do not sell them to you.

08 Confidentiality

Both of us agree to keep confidential any non-public business information shared during the engagement.

09 Changes to these terms

I may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always live on this website. Continued use of my services after changes are published means you accept the updated Terms.

10 Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
